Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for customers within the United States only. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at pinnaclevistallc@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address: [7600 Maple Branch Road, Clifton, VA 20124-2113]. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label, and a partial return label cost will be deducted from your refund. We will also send instructions on how to send your package back.
Damages and Issues:
Kindly inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us promptly if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges:
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
