However, due to the natural variations in leather, cowhide, wool, marble, and sheepskin, slight differences in color, texture, and pattern may occur. These variations are part of the product’s uniqueness and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Taxes, shipping, and custom duties (for international orders) are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Custom or handcrafted orders may take 5–9 business days.

We ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally from our manufacturing country.

International delivery:

Regular orders: 3–4 business days

Custom orders: 5–9 business days

All custom duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition.

Partial return label costs are paid by the customer.

Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable, unless defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and content on Pinnacle Vista’s website are the property of Pinnacle Vista and may not be used without prior written consent.
